Phillips Industrial Services is a 50 year old, Veteran-Owned Small Business based out of Charleston, South Carolina. We are a SSPC (Society of Protective Coatings) certified contractor for QP#1 (Field Application of Coatings Complex Structures), QP#2 (Industrial Hazardous Paint Removal), and QP#3 (Application of Protective Coatings-Enclosed Shop).
